安徽省禽呼肠孤病毒感染的血清学调查

Serological investigation of Avian reovirus infection in Anhui province

目的了解禽呼肠孤病毒(Avian reovirus,ARV)在安徽省鸡和鸭群中的感染情况。方法应用ELISA方法对采自安徽省205份鸡血清和218份鸭血清进行ARV抗体检测。结果肉鸡阳性率为55.88%,蛋鸡阳性率为92.23%,鸭群感染率为43.12%。结论禽呼肠孤病毒感染在安徽省鸡群和鸭群中感染较为普遍,应引起高度重视。

Objective To explore the infection status of avian reovirus in Anhui province.Method 205 chicken serum samples and 218 duck serum samples were collected from six chicken flocks and six duck flocks,and were detected for antibody to avian reovirus using avian reovirus antibody ELISA kit.Result The positive rates of avian reovirus antibody were 55.88%,92.23% and 43.12% in broiler,layer and duck respectively.Conclusion Avian reovirus infection is common in chicken and duck flocks in Anhui province.It is necessary to attach great importance to avian reovirus infection based on the antibody positive rates.
