Roles of TNF-α and TNF receptors in Guillain-Barré syndrome

格林巴利综合征(Guillain-Barrésyndrome,GBS)是一种以周围神经和神经根的脱髓鞘及小血管周围淋巴细胞和巨噬细胞的炎性反应为病理特点的自身免疫性疾病。目前GBS的确切病因还不十分清楚,但是越来越多的研究表明,细胞因子在GBS的发生、发展过程中起到重要的作用,其中TNF-α及其受体在GBS的发病机制中更是扮演着重要的角色。本文就TNF-α及其受体在GBS发病过程中的作用进行综述。

Guillain-Barré syndrome（GBS） is an autoimmune disease,the pathological characteristics of which are demyelination of peripheral nerve and nerve root,and inflammatory reaction of lymphocytes and macrophage around the small vessels.So far,the exact pathogenesis of GBS is not entirely clear,but more and more researches have shown that cytokines play an important role in the process of the occurrence and development of GBS,including TNF-α and its receptors which play a pivotal role in the pathogenesis of GBS.In this paper,the roles of TNF-α and its receptors in GBS pathogenesis are reviewed.
