The Factorial Analysis of Human Capital of Urban-rural Economic Growth Disparity in China

从我国二元经济结构转型所处的特定历史背景出发,分析了在我国农村教育投资收益率低于城市的现实状况下,劳动力市场人力资本自由流动所形成的农村人力资本向城市单向流出的必然性,并运用内生经济增长理论解释了农村人力资本流动与城乡经济增长差距的内在联系,说明了加快农村人力资本积累对我国二元经济结构实现成功转型的重要性。在此基础上提出了加快农村人力资本积累的建议。

This article analyzes the inevitability of the countryside human capital which flows out one way to the city, under the specific historical background which the reforming of our country dual economic structure lo- cates. This inevitability is formed by the labor market human capital unrestricted flowing, under the realistic condi- tion thatin our country the rate of return of rural education has been lower than that of the urban education.
