摘要
本文提出了一种氨基甲酸酯类农药的红外光谱测定法,该法是(?)u_(c=(?))为1730cm^(-1),强度大,灵敏度特效性均高.与其它分(?)处理引入的误差.并简化了分析手续。将该法用于灭线唑原药及其粉剂的(?)准偏差小于0.36%,回收率在97.60—102.6%。该法还可用于其它类似的氨基甲酸酯类农药的分析。
An infrared absorption spectrum method for determination of carbamate pesticides has been developed. It bases on the characteristic carbonyl IR band which is strong and sensitive. Comparing with other similar methods this new method has two advantages. First it can eliminate the errors which other methods may introduce through chemical pretreatment. Secondly the procedure of the new method is rather simple. It has been used for the detemination of Miesianzuo and its powders. The standard deviation was lower than 0. 36%,and the recovery was 97.60-102. 6%. This method may be used for determination of other similar carbamates.
