摘要
文章对上海近期颁布的保障性住房的三个相关导则进行了解读,在分析其特点及对现有标准规范突破的基础上,提出对保障性住房居住人群的居住尊严、政府的角色、保障性住房功能性问题和精细化设计等问题的思考和讨论。
The article offers an interpretation of the three guidelines on social housing promulgated by Shanghai Municipal Government.Based on an analysis of their special features and departures from current regulations,the authors offer some reflections and discussions on such issues as ensuring the dignity of resident groups eligible for social housing,the government＇s role,functional issues and the design of fine details.
