摘要
目的评价黄芩苷磷脂复合物原位凝胶经鼻给药的鼻黏膜毒性。方法在体蟾蜍药物对纤毛运动的影响,用溶血实验考察药物对生物膜的作用。结果黄芩苷磷脂复合物原位凝胶对蟾蜍鼻纤毛的运动几乎无影响,纤毛运动时间相对百分率约90.1%,并不产生溶血反应。结论黄芩苷磷脂复合物原位凝胶鼻腔给药无明显毒性,经鼻给药的开发是可行的。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the toxicity of Baicalin-phospholipid nasal in situ gel(BPG).METHODS The effects of BPG on nasal cilia movement were tested with palate of isolated toad,and the effects on biomembrane were observed by hemolytic tests.RESULTS There were no significant effects of BPG on the nasal ciliarymovement,the relative percentage of the lasting time of ciliary movement was 90.1% approximately.And BPG showed no hemolytic effect.CONCLUSION The BPG has no significant toxicity on nasal mucosa and can be used as a drug for the intranasal administration.
