现代荧光光谱法在药物与蛋白相互作用研究中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 药物与蛋白相互作用是生命科学研究的重要领域,而荧光法是研究药物与蛋白相互作用的重要方法。文中综述了药物与蛋白相互作用的荧光猝灭法、荧光敏化法、同步荧光光谱、荧光偏振法、三维荧光光谱和时间分辨荧光法等。
