摘要 背景心率变异性(heart rate variability,HRV)主要受心脏自主神经调控,它可动态、定量地评估麻醉和手术刺激对自主神经功能的影响,为麻醉深度监测提供信息。目的探讨脑电信号之外的其他手段——HRV用于临床麻醉深度监测的可行性。内容重点综述了HRV与中枢神经系统的关系、HRV的分析方法及其用于麻醉深度监测的相关研究。趋向HRV可以从围术期自主神经功能变化的角度为麻醉深度监测提供更丰富的信息. Background Heart rate variability (HRV) which is mainly regulated by autonomic nervous, is applied to evaluate the influences of the autonomic nerve function caused by anesthesia and surgical stimulation dynamically and quantificationally, and also provide information for monitoring the depth of anesthesia. Objective Exploring the clinical feasibility of HRV in monitoring depth of anesthesia. Content In this paper, the relationship between HRV and the central nervous system (CNS), the methods and related research of HRV for monitoring depth of anesthesia are reviewed. Trend HRV can provide sufficient information for monitoring the depth of anesthesia from the perspective of changes in automatic nervous function during perioperatively.
