摘要
背景脓毒症是血液循环中爆发性感染引起的危重病,是多种细胞和介质参与的复杂反应。全球每天约有1400人死于该病,我国每年患者超过300万。越来越多的研究证明中性粒细胞和血小板积极参与脓毒症炎症反应并在其过程中协同作用。目的现就血小板在脓毒症发生发展中作用的研究进展尤其是其与中性粒细胞间的相互作用作一综述。内容描述脓毒症中血小板与免疫系统部分协同作用机制及循环中的细菌诱捕新路径。趋向希望为脓毒症治疗的探索提供新的思路。
Background Sepsis is a severe illness caused by overwhelming infection of the bloodstream and a complex response involving many cell types and biological mediators. It causes 1400 death around the world each day approximately, affects more than 3 million people in China each year. There is more evidence on the mechanism that both neutrophils and platelets are actively involved in sepsis, and contribute to the inflammatory response cooperately. Objective This article reviews the research advance on roles of platelets in the development and processing of sepsis,especially its activation on neutrophils. Content This paper describes some of the mechanisms of cooperativity between platelets and the immune system in sepsis, and also the novel pathway for bacterial trapping in the vaseulature. Trend The further insights into its detailed mechanisms may provide a nice prospect for the therapy of sepsis.
