摘要 在讨论基于模式识别的视频分析技术原理的基础上,阐述了运用动态视频分析的运动识别技术构建景区智能安防体系的实现方式,分析了该技术的应用场景、计算规则和软件部署方式等。通过智慧青城山—都江堰景区安全防范系统中对这一技术在人数统计、周界防范、人群控制、森林防火、交通诱导等方面的成功运用,证明这些技术可以有效解决景区安全防范工作中的现实问题,能够显著提升智慧景区的安全防范能力和精细化管理水平。 With the discussion on the video analysis technique based on pattern recognition principles, the realization pattern for building a smart famous scenic site security prevention system using dynamic analysis of video motion recognition technology was elaborated, and the application scenarios, computing regulations and software deployment models are analyzed. Through the successful application of this technology in the Smart Qingcheng Mountain—Dujiangyan Famous Scenic Site Security Prevention System in the aspects of tourists statistics, boundary guarding, crowd control, forest fire prevention, traffic guiding, etc., it has been proved that these technologies can effectively resolve the practical security and prevention problems for scenic spot and greatly enhance the meticulous.
