三台野生川麦冬植株块根生物量与有效成分含量相关性分析 被引量:2

Correlative Analysis on the Biomass and Active Ingredients in Root of Wild Sichuan Ophiopogon japonicus Plants from Santai

摘要 [目的]研究四川三台野生麦冬不同等级块根生物量与有效组分含量及积累量特征值的相关性规律。[方法]在川麦冬主产区丘陵生态区采集野生川麦冬植株,对块根进行分级,检测水浸出物(中国药典法)、麦冬多糖(苯酚-硫酸比色法)、麦冬黄酮(UV法),分析块根生物量y与麦冬多糖x1、麦冬黄酮x2、水浸出物x3相关性规律。[结果]三台野生川麦冬商品块根的感官品质和水浸出物含量均符合《中华人民共和国药典》(2010年版,一部)麦冬质量要求;野生川麦冬块根干物质积累量与麦冬水浸出物、麦冬多糖含量和积累量、麦冬黄酮积累量呈极显著的正相关(P<0.001***),与麦冬黄酮含量呈极显著负相关(P<0.001***)。[结论]三台野生川麦冬块根规格性状好,品质优良,为川麦冬可开发利用的优良种质资源类型。 [Objective] To study the accumulation of photosynthetic products,the contents of active ingredients,accumulation eigenvalues and their correlative laws in different levels of roots of wild Ophiopogon japonicus in santai.[Method] Wild Ophiopogon japonicus plants were sampled from the hilly region of its main producing areas,and its roots were graded,then the contents of water extracts,Ophiopogon polysaccharides and Ophiopogon flavonoids were detected respectively by Chinese Pharmacopoeia method,Phenol-sulfuric acid method and uv method,the correlative laws of root biomass with the contents of water extracts x1,Ophiopogon polysaccharides x2 and Ophiopogon flavonoids x3 were analyzed.[Result] Both the sensory qualities and the water extracts content of Ophiopogon japonicus roots met the requirements on RADIX OPHIOPOGONIS of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2010 edition);the dry matter accumulation in the roots of wild plants showed an extremely significant positive correlation with water extracts,polysaccharide content and accumulation,and flavonoid accumulation(P0.001***),however it was negatively correlated with the flavonoids content(P0.001***).[Conclusion] The wild Ophiopogon japonicus roots in Santai was with excellent quality and characters,it was the good germplasm resources for the development of Ophiopogon japonicus.
