摘要
[目的]研究不同氮磷钾复合肥的施肥水平对何首乌生长及光合特性的影响,旨在为何首乌的规范化栽培过程中施肥技术体系的建立奠定基础。[方法]在盆栽条件下,采用4个处理4次重复,测定何首乌的生长指标、光合指标。[结果]施肥处理可提高何首乌的生物量、叶片的光合色素含量、净光合速率及光能利用效率。中量(20 g/株)和高量(30 g/株)施肥处理提高何首乌生物量的效果较好,而低量(10 g/株)施肥处理的效果一般。综合考虑经济系数,确定施用复合肥20 g/株为何首乌的最佳施肥水平。[结论]氮磷钾施肥处理明显提高何首乌的光合指标、产量,适宜在生产上推广。
[Objective] Effects of NPK compound fertilizer application level on growth and photosynthetic characteristics of polygonum were studied to establish fertilization technical system in polygonum standardized cultivation process.[Method] In pot experiment,using 4 treatments with 4 replicates,plant growth and photosynthesis parameters of polygonum were measured.[Result] Fertilization treatments increased polygonum biomass,leaf photosynthetic pigment content,net photosynthetic rate and light use efficiency.Medium level(20 g/plant) and high level(30 g/plant) fertilization treatments increased polygonum biomass more greatly than that of low level(10 g/plant) treatment.Considering the economic coefficient,20 g/plant for polygonum was the optimal fertilization level.[Conclusion] NPK fertilization treatments significantly increased the photosynthesis and yield of polygonum,thus it was suitable for the promotion in production.
