摘要
[目的]通过对10种大孔吸附树脂筛选,寻求适用于纯化蒺藜总皂苷类成分的大孔吸附树脂。[方法]比较不同种大孔吸附树脂对蒺藜总皂苷的静态吸附率和解吸率;用不同浓度的乙醇进行洗脱并计算总皂苷回收率和纯度。[结果]HPD-300大孔吸附树脂的回收率为87%,纯度可以达到68%。[结论]HPD-300树脂综合性能最好,适宜于蒺藜总皂苷的分离纯化。
[Objective]To select 10 types of macroporous adsorption resin so as to find out the resin which was applicable to purifying the total saponin in FRUCTUS TRIBULI.[Method]The static absorption ratios and desorption ratios of total saponin in FRUCTUS TRIBULI by different types of macroporous adsorption resin were compared,the HPD-300 was eluted by different concentrations of ethanol to calculate the purity and yield of total saponin.[Results]]The yield and purity of HPD-300 resin was 87% and 68%.[Conclusion]HPD-300 resin showed good comprehensive adsorption property,it was applicable to isolating and purifying the total saponin in FRUCTUS TRIBULI.
