摘要
[目的]寻找提取沙棘总黄酮的优化条件。[方法]采用单因素试验和正交试验方法,以乙醇浓度、微波辅助提取时间、料液比为因素,每个因素3个水平L9(33),用紫外分光光度法测定的总黄酮含量作为评价指标,筛选工艺。[结果]微波提取法影响沙棘总黄酮提取率的主要因素为料液比,其次为乙醇浓度、提取时间。在微波功率为400 W的条件下,最佳提取工艺条件为料液比1∶25(g∶m l),提取乙醇浓度为80%,微波提取时间为90 s。在此条件下沙棘总黄酮提取率可达5.23%。[结论]用微波辅助提取沙棘总黄酮提高了提取的速度和得率,具有不产生噪音、能耗低、效率高、不破坏有效成分等优点。
[Objective] To find out the optimum conditions for extracting total flavonoids from Hippophae rhamnoides L..[Method] The single factor test and the orthogonal test were adopted.With ethanol concentration,microwave time and material-liquid ratio as factors,each factor has three levels,the determined content of total flavonoids by ultraviolet spectrophotometer act as the assessment index to screen out the optimum technology.[Result] The micro-wave assisted extracting yield of total flavonoids from Hippophae rhamnoides L.was largely influenced by the material-liquid ratio,then by ethanol concentration at last by the extraction time.The optimal extraction conditions were: extraction power 400 W,material-liquid ratio 1∶25(g:ml),ethanol concentration 80%,and extraction time 90s,under those conditions,the extracting yield of total flavonoids could reach 5.23%.[Conclusion] The micro-wave assisted method improved the extraction speed and yield of total flavonoids from Hippophae rhamnoides L.,it was characterized by no noise,low energy consumption,high efficiency and no destroying of the active components.
