摘要
[目的]分离鉴定玫瑰(Rosa rugosa)花中的抗补体活性成分。[方法]在活性筛选指导下,并用多种色谱方法进行分离纯化,并用核磁共振、质谱数据与文献数据对比鉴定化合物结构。[结果]从活性部位中分离出3个黄酮类化合物,分别为木犀草素(1)、槲皮素(2)和山柰酚(3)。[结论]玫瑰花提取物有体外抗补体作用,其中黄酮类化合物是其活性成分。
[Objective] The aim was to isolate and identify the anticomplement constituents in the flowers of Rosa rugosa.[Method] Under the guidance of activity screening,many chromatographic processes were used to isolate and purify,moreover,structures of compounds were identified through comparing nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) and mass spectrometric data(MS) with literature data.[Result] Three kinds of flavonoids compounds were isolated from active sites,and they were identified as luteolin(1),quercetin(2) and kaempferol(3),respectively.[Conclusion] The extracts of the flowers of Rosa rugosa showed anticomplement activity,due to the flavonoids in the extracts.
