虎耳草中总黄酮提取工艺的研究 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]对虎耳草中总黄酮的提取工艺进行优化。[方法]用乙醇提取虎耳草中的总黄酮,考察液料比(A)、乙醇浓度(B)、提取时间(C)、提取次数(D)4个因素对总黄酮得率的影响。通过正交试验,确定提取的最佳工艺条件。以芦丁为对照品,采用紫外分光光度法,在368 nm波长处测定提取液中总黄酮的含量。[结果]芦丁在5×10-3~25×10-3mg/ml具有良好的线性关系,R2=0.999 9,平均回收率为101.71%,RSD为1.53%。[结论]乙醇提取虎耳草中总黄酮的最佳工艺为A3B1C2D3。 [Objective]The researth aimed to optimize the extraction technology of total flavonoids from Saxifraga stolonifera Curt by ethanol extract method.[Method] Total flavonoids was extracted from Saxifraga stolonifera Curt by ethanol extract method.The effects of four factors including liquid-solid ratio(A),ethanol concentration(B),extraction time(C),extraction times(D) on the yield of total flavonoids were investigated.The optimum technological conditions of total flavonoids exaction were confirmed through the orthogonal test.The contrast sample of UV spectrophotometry was Rutin and the analyzed wavelength was 368 nm.[Result]With UV spectrophotometry at 368 nm,good linearity of rutin concentration was found in the range of 5×10-3-25×10-3mg/ml(R2=0.999 9) with the average recovery rate of 101.71%and RSD of 1.53%,[Conclusion]The optimal extraction process was A3B1C2D3.
