摘要
[目的]观察花狭口蛙海南亚种皮肤分泌物溶血活性并探讨不同因素对其溶血活性的影响。[方法]采用花狭口蛙皮肤分泌物对健康小鼠红细胞进行溶血试验,并分析了渗透性保护剂、糖类、金属离子以及抗氧化剂等不同因素对其溶血活性的影响。[结果]渗透保护剂明显抑制花狭口蛙皮肤分泌物的溶血活性,而糖类、抗氧化剂和金属离子等几乎都无抑制作用。[结论]花狭口蛙海南亚种皮肤分泌物通过在细胞膜表面形成孔道而发挥溶血活性。
[Objective] To observe hemolytic activity of skin secretion from Kaloula pulchra hainana and to investigate factors affecting its hemolytic activity.[Method] Hemolytic reaction of mouse red blood cells was observed after incubated with the skin secretion from Kaloula pulchra hainana.Its hemolytic activity was observed after the skin secretion from Kaloula pulchra hainana was treated with osmoprotectant,saccharides,metal ions and antioxidants.[Result] The hemolytic activity of the skin secretion from Kaloula pulchra hainana was obviously inhibited by the osmoprotectant,but saccharides,metal ions and antioxidants almost had no inhibitory effect.[Conclusion] The skin secretion from Kaloula pulchra hainana plays its hemolytic activity through pore-forming protein.
