乡村旅游中的产权与投融资关系研究——以南宁市“美丽南方”忠良景区为例

Study on the Relation of Property Right with Financing and Investment of Rural Tourism

在产权制度理论的基础上,分析了政府主导投资模式和企业投融资模式所产生的"公地悲剧"和利益冲突的问题,通过调研"美丽南方"忠良景区各个阶段的投融资方式,提出大力发展股份合作制,以协调各方的利益,实现乡村旅游可持续发展的策略。

Based on the theory of property right system,the ＂tragedy of public lands＂ and the conflict of interest occurred from the government-led investment model and enterprise-led financing model were analyzed,through investigating the investment and financing pattern of ＂Beautiful South＂ Zhongliang scenic area at each stage,it was proposed to vigorously develop the joint stock cooperative system so as to coordinate the interests of all parties and realize the sustainable development of rural tourism.
