摘要
采用三菱公司的FX1N-60MR型PLC进行改造茶叶装箱机组控制系统,根据茶叶装箱机组的加工工艺和工作原理,设置PLC的I/0地址,设计外部设备接线,根据原理、控制要求和特点,设计系统梯形图,连接外部设备进行调试运行,达到系统改造的要求。
The Mitsubishi FX1N一60MR-PLC is used to improve the tea packing machine set,according to processing technology and operating principles of tea packing machine set,the I/O addresses of PLC is set,the external equipment wiring is designed,the system ladder diagram is designed as the requirements and characteristics of schematics diagram and control,and external device is connected for debugging operation to achieve the system rearm requirements.
