摘要
阐述分析了隋唐宋元时期,今甘肃地区白虹贯日、雷发非时、异常大风、异常旱涝和生物异常等与地震的密切关系,进一步研究得出除气象异常外,地震前后还有天象异常、地象异常与水象异常的现象,且地震前后异常现象也不仅仅限于一种,常具有多发特征。最后提出,利用地震与气象异常关联性原理进行中期地震预报与短、中期气象预报时,应该遵循多证据复合原则。
From Tang dynasty to Yuan dynasty in Gansu area,abnormal weather such as white rainbow through sun,thundering not in summer,anomaly wind,abnormal drought and flood,biological abnormality have closer relationships with earthquakes were analyzed.Based on the further research,it has drawn the conclusion that except meteorological anomaly,there were also astronomical anomalies,ground anomalies and water anomalies before and after earthquakes,moreover,there were not only one kind of anomalies,but multiple characteristics.Finally,it put forward that the principle of compound of evidence should be followed in mid-term earthquake prediction and short-medium term weather forecasting.
