重介洗煤介质水的密度直接关系产品指标,影响企业经济效益。滴道盛和煤矿洗煤厂在原煤全重介洗煤工艺中使用密度自动控制系统,利用密度测控系统,控制密度、煤泥含量、合格介质桶液位、合格介质压力及相关参数,多出合格产品,提高企业经济效益。
Medium density of water is related to the quality of the coal products.The paper analyzes the automatic control system for density in the heavy medium coal washing in Shenghe Coal Washing Plant in Jixi City.With the density control system,the density of coal,the coal slurry content and the qualified pressure of medium,etc.are all under control.
