摘要
通过对海南民族地区思源学校的调研和深度访谈,了解思源学校整体的运作情况和存在的问题,发现不同地区成员的观念和行为存在差异,在教育中需要有一个磨合和相互适应的互动过程。
Through an investigation and an interview,the paper tries to find out the operation and problems existed in Siyuan School.It finds that there exist some differences in notion and behavior between people in multi-national areas and people in other areas.They need some time to get to understand and adapt to each other.
