民办高校党建工作的探索与实践

结合辽宁对外经贸学院党建工作的实践经验,从构建具有民办高校特色的党建工作体系和工作机制两个方面对民办高校的党建工作进行了有益的探索,提出了民办高校党建工作体系构建的着眼点、关键点、着力点和落脚点。从建设党政工作有机结合的目标管理机制、爱党与爱校教育相结合的党员教育机制、机构制度和人力财力相结合的保障机制三个方面论述了民办高校党建工作机制的构建。
