摘要
现代意义上的城市竞争焦点在于经济发展,新增长理论认为人力资源能力建设是推动经济增长的源泉和动力。因此,人力资源能力建设从根本上决定了一个城市竞争力。试分析当前中国城市人力资源能力建设中存在的主要问题,提出加强城市人力资源能力建设提升城市竞争力的主要对策。
Modern city competitiveness lies in the economic development.According to the New Growth Theory,the human capacity building is also regarded as one of the driving force to promote the economic growth.The city competitiveness is determined finally by the human capacity building.The paper tries to analyze the problems to be solved in the human capacity building and to propose some suggestions on how to increase the competitiveness of a city by strengthen the human capacity building.
