乡镇便民服务中心的设立,借鉴了"政务超市"模式,具有重大的现实意义。这是地方政府机构改革尤其是乡镇一级政府机构改革的有效路径,值得推广。但是这一制度要想发挥更好的作用,仍需在服务意识、管理体制和监督措施等方面进行完善。
