“放射型”培养方案与“融合型”教学实践分析——以设备专业为例

摘要 以建筑设备工程技术专业为例,针对近年来职业教育的激烈竞争,在结合行业及岗位需求的基础上对企业和学生问卷调查进行分析,制定了人才培养方案的全新框架,构建了"放射状"的课程体系,然后通过"项目式"教学方法将课程的教学内容与岗位要求紧密结合,实现了"课课融合"与"课岗融合",促进了学生对专业知识的深入掌握与专业能力拓展。 To device professional for cases, in combination industry and the posts demand of Foundation Shang on questionnaire investigation for analysis, developed has talent training programme of framework, determines "radiation shaped" of trunk courses system, then through "project type" teaching method will trunk courses of teaching content and posts requirements close combination, implementation has "courses fusion" and "class gang fusion", promoting students on expertise of in-depth master and professional ability expand.
