发展海洋经济已上升为我国的国家战略,借鉴海洋经济发达国家的经验为我所用,是一个重要的研究课题。澳大利亚海洋经济发展相对成功,很多经验值得我们借鉴。本文对澳大利亚发展海洋经济的主要做法和经验进行了系统总结,分析了我国海洋经济发展中存在的主要问题,并借鉴澳大利亚经验提出了我国发展海洋经济的主要思路。

It has become a national strategy to develop marine economy in China,so it is important to borrow ideas from the countries with developed marine economy.Australia has been developing marine economy successfully.The paper gives a summary on the main measures and experience of Australia in developing marine economy,and analyzes the main problems in the development of marine economy in China,and then present some innovative ideas on the development of marine economy in China based on Australian experience.
