摘要
本文以变压器干燥为例,简要描述了在变压器真空干燥过程中的方法,并进一步阐述了"循环压力法"对变压器进行真空干燥处理的原理、所需的设备及真空干燥真正结束的判断依据和判断方法。"循环压力法"真空干燥工艺能使变压器干燥时间缩短三分之一左右,提高了绝缘强度合格率,从而提高了产品质量,节省了能源。
The vacuum drying method of transformer was briefly introduced in this paper. And the principle and equipment needed of "cyclic pressure" vacuum drying and the judgement basis and method to determine the end of vacuum drying were further described. The "cyclic pressure" vacuum drying process can reduce the drying time about one-third to improve the passing rate of dielectric strength, thus improve the product quality and save energy.
