An Attempt to Establish Tax Service System Involving all the Staff through the Whole Process

本文从纳税服务理念、纳税服务体系、纳税服务工作机制、税务干部素质等方面,分析了当前纳税服务工作中存在的主要问题,并就如何构建全员全程纳税服务体系提出了建议。

This paper makes an analysis on the main problems occurring in current tax service from the aspects like tax service philosophy, tax service system, tax service mechanism and comprehensive quality of tax cadres, and then puts forward some proposals on how to establish tax service system involving all the staff through the whole process.
