摘要 根据嫦娥二号月球卫星分别需在100km圆轨道获取分辨率优于10m的月面立体图像,以及在100km/15km椭圆轨道获取分辨率优于1.5m的立体图像需求,设计了NAND型FLASH存储芯片的固态大容量存储器,其存储容量达128Gbit。设计中采用了并行扩展加流水线操作的方式,提高了存储和擦除速率;引入了"簇"的概念,在存储过程中,数据以簇(64kbit)为基本单位,以4级流水线的方式,顺序加载到各自存储区的物理空间中,最高存储速率可达500Mbit/s,满足存储速率256Mbit/s的设计指标。此存储器可同时存储嫦娥二号卫星全部有效载荷的全部科学探测数据和工程参数,以及卫星月球紫外敏感器的图像数据,并支持存储与回放下行数据同时进行。在空余存储空间不足时,可进行自主擦除操作,为下一圈探测数据储备足够的存储空间,另外,也可通过地面指令进行指定块数和时间范围的擦除操作。在轨测试及长期运行结果表明,大容量存储器设计完全满足任务需求和指标要求,有效保障了嫦娥二号任务工程目标和科学目标的实现,也为探月二期后续任务奠定了技术基础。 Based on the requirements of Chang'e-2 orbiter which would acquire the 3-D image of lunar landscape with better than 10m resolution at 100km circlular orbit and 1.5m resolution at 100km/15km elliptical orbit,the solid state recorder(SSR) is designed,which is made of 128Gbit NAND FLASH memory.The parallel extending and pipeline operation is used to increase writing and erasing speed.The concept of "cluster" is introduced,and in writing process the data are loaded in cluster(64kbit) to the physical memory unit of FLASH according to 4 level pipeline in turn.The highest writing speed can reach 500Mbit/s which satisfies the design performance requirement of 256Mbit/s.All science and housekeeping data of the seven kinds of payload,and the image data of the ultraviolet lunar sensor in orbiter,can be recorded in parallel with reading out and down to earth.When the spare storage capacity is not enough for the next orbital storage requirement,the automatic erasing mode or the mode of sending command from earth to erase some blocks of data or data in duration of some time can be used.Through the test and formal operation in orbit,it is manifested that the design of SSR satisfies the mission's needs and performance requirements,which ensures the realization of engineering and science objective of Chang'e-2 and makes a good technical base for the follow-on lunar exploring mission.
