摘要
目的探讨股四头肌等长练习提高轻度膝关节骨关节炎患者生活质量的临床疗效。方法指导70例轻度膝关节骨关节炎患者进行每天30 min、为期3个月的"直腿抬高式"股四头肌等长收缩练习,通过WOMAC(西安大略和曼彻斯特大学)骨性关节炎指数问卷了解功能练习前后患者生活质量改善情况。结果所有患者练习后生活质量有所提高,主要表现在上、下楼时膝关节疼痛减轻,"上下楼""进出小轿车和公共汽车""做繁重的家务活"的困难程度减轻,功能练习前后得分有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论为期3个月、每天30 min的非负重股四头肌等长练习是无创、疗效可靠、简单易行的轻度膝关节骨关节炎治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of isometric exercises of quadriceps muscle in the improvement of life quality in the patients with mild knee osteoarthritis (KOA). Methods The patients with KOA (n = 70) were guided to practice straight-leg raising isometric exercises of quadriceps muscle for 30 minute every day for 3 months. The improvement of life quality of the patients' was surveyed by using the questionnaire of University of Western Ontario and University of Manchester (WOMAC) Osteoarthritis Index. Results The life quality of all patients' was improved after the exercises, which manifested as the pain of knee joint was relieved when going upstairs or downstairs, and the difficult was reduced in going upstairs or downstairs, getting on car or bus and doing heavy housework. The scores of WOMAC were significantly different before and after the exercises (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Nonweight bearing isometric exercises of quadriceps muscle (for 30 minutes everyday for 3 months ) is a non-invasive, easy and reliable therapy for mild knee osteoarthritis.
