摘要
对太阳能产业的专利状况进行了分析,展示了我国太阳能产业的技术水平、发展状况以及在国际上所处的地位。文章从太阳能产业专利整体状况和国内外重点企业的专利申请角度,对专利总体分布、专利随时间的发展趋势和专利分类技术布局3个方面进行了分析。文章认为,发展壮大我国的太阳能产业,要从技术创新和产学研相结合上找出路。
The technical level,international status and domestic developments of the solar energy industry in China was exhibited by the patent state analysis in this study. The analysis was made from three aspects ：patent general distribution, development trend and patent classification technology arrangement of solar energy industry in terms of the entirely patent condition and application of key companies at home and abraod. Conclusion comes that our country＇s solar energy industry should seek opportunities from technical innovation,combination of school research with production to get stronger.
