安徽电网电源规划及调峰能力平衡研究 被引量:7

摘要 随着跨区特高压交、直流电网的快速发展,全国范围内的资源优化配置能力不断加强,安徽省未来将接受大量的区外来电,省内电源发展受区外来电的影响也越来越大。区外来电相比省内电源有其特殊性,调峰容量不受省网控制。安徽省自身的能源分布特点决定了未来省内仍主要发展火电装机,综合考虑区外来电的影响,提出电源规划的新思路,即从调峰能力平衡的角度,确定全省2015、2020年最基本的火电装机容量,为今后省内火电发展提供指导。 Along with the rapid development of ultra-high voltage power grid inter-district, the ability of most optimum distribution of resources across the country will keep increasing, Anhui province will receive a lot of electric power from the outside region, and the electric power will exert a growing influence to the development of power plants in this province. Comparing with the power plants provincial, the electric power outside the region has its particularity, its capacity of adjusting peakload is not controlled by the power grid of this province. The characteristic of power distribution of Anhui determines that thermal power generating units will be developed mainly. Considering the influence of electric power from the outside region, this paper presents a new thought of planning for electrical generating system, from the perspective for balance of regulating peakload ability, identifies the fundamental installed capacity of thermal power generating units of Anhui in 2015 and 2020, and provides instruction for the development of thermal power generating units in this province.
