本文在调查、检验及危险性评价的基础上,分析了炼化装置中了压力容器与管道使用情况和安全状况,指出了压力容器与管道存在的主要隐患和共性问题,提出了确保压力容器与管道长周期安全运行的对策和建议。

Based on the investigation, testing and risk assessment, the analysis of the key refining equipment for pressure vessels and piping use and safety condition, the article pointed out the existing main problems for pipe and pressure vessel, and put forward some suggestions for pressure vessel and pipe safe operation of long cycle countermeasure.
