Technology Optimization of Dextroborneol fromCinnamomum camphora Leaves in Yunnan by Supercritical CO_2 Fluid Extraction

摘要 目的:探讨超临界CO2萃取云南香樟叶中右旋龙脑的工艺条件。方法:采用气相色谱法测定右旋龙脑含量,设计L9(34)正交试验考察萃取压力、温度、流量,单因素考察时间对右旋龙脑萃取率的影响。结果:优选的萃取条件为压力30 MPa,温度45℃,二氧化碳流量20 L.h-1,萃取时间90 min。结论:优选的最佳工艺萃取率高,是具有相当发展潜力的提取分离方法。 Objective:To investigate the technology condition of dextroborneol from Cinnamomum camphora leaves in Yunnan by supercritical CO2 fluid extraction.Method: The content of dextroborneol was determined by gas chromatography(GC),to analysis the conditions of pressure,temperature,CO2 flow rate by orthogonal test and analysis extraction time by single factor test.Result: The optimum extraction condition was as follows:extraction pressure was 30 MPa,extraction temperature was 45 ℃,CO2 flow rate was 20 L·h-1,extraction time was 90 min.Conclusion:The optimum extraction technology had high extraction yield,and it was a extraction and separation method which had considerable potential for development.
