舒血宁联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心绞痛临床观察

Clinical Observation of Shuxuening Injection and Trimetazidine on Coronary Heart Disease and Angina Pectoris

目的:观察舒血宁和曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将120例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予西药常规治疗,治疗组加用舒血宁联合曲美他嗪。4周为1个疗程。结果:症状疗效对照组总有效率为85.00%,治疗组总有效率98.33%(P<0.05);对照组心电图改善总有效率60.00%,治疗组总有效率为85.00%(P<0.05);两组治疗后总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)较治疗前下降,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)较治疗前升高,并且治疗组较对照组改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论:舒血宁联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效显著。

Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of the Shuxuening injection and Trimetazidine on coronary heart disease（CHD）and angina pectoris.Method： One hundred and twenty patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group were given routine western medicine,and the treatment group received Shuxuening injection and trimetazidine additionally.4 weeks was a course of treatment.Result： The total effective rate was 85.00% in control group and 98.33% in treatment group on the clinical symptoms（P0.05）.The total effective rate was 60.00% in control group and 85.00% in treatment group on the electrocardiogram（P0.05）.The total cholesterol（TC）,low density lipoprotein（LDL-C） and triglyceride（TG） of the two groups was significantly lowered,and high density lipoprotein（HDL-C） was highered,and improving in the treatment group was more significant than in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Shuxuening injection and Trimetazidine has significant therapeutic effect in treating CHD and angina pectoris.
