原油与化学驱油体系界面Marangoni对流实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 利用微观显微摄像系统研究了新疆油田石油磺酸盐(KPS)、Na2CO3及其复合体系与新疆原油接触后的界面变化特征。结果表明:KPS,Na2CO3及其复合体系与新疆原油接触后可以发生Marangoni对流,产生剧烈的界面扰动;Na2CO3与KPS在产生Marangoni对流过程中具有协同作用,低界面张力条件下Marangoni对流产生的界面扰动能够使原油自发乳化;聚合物的加入抑制了Marangoni对流。 Characteristics of development of interface between Xinjiang crude oil and a complex system composed of Xinjiang petroleum sulfonate (KPS), Na2 CO3 and saline resistant poly aeryamide (KYPAM) were studied using a microscopic photograph system. Results showed that when Xinjiang crude oil contacts with the complex system, effect between N Marangoni convection occurs and produces vigorous interfacial turbulence. There is synergy a2CO3 and KPS in the process of Marangoni convection. The interfacial turbulence produced by Marangoni convection can cause the spontaneous emulsification of the crude oil under low interracial tension The addition of KYPAM inhibits the Marangoni convection.
