摘要
设计了一种实心转子永磁同步电机,并提出了适用于该类电机的场路耦合运动时步有限元分析方法,解决了实心转子电机中转子电阻难以准确计算的问题。该方法考虑了转子电阻随转差的变化,给出了外电路与电磁场耦合的时步有限元分析方法,采用运动气隙边界法解决转子运动问题,与机械运动方程相结合,对电机的瞬态过程进行仿真。应用上述方法对自行设计的22kW实心转子永磁同步电机的性能进行分析,空载反电动势和起动转矩的计算结果与样机的实验结果吻合较好,表明本文提出的方法准确有效,并可用于其他类型的实心转子电机的性能分析。
A solid-rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) is designed in this paper,and a field-circuit-motion coupled time-stepping finite element analysis(FEA) model is presented for analyzing this kind of solid-rotor motor,and the difficult problem to calculate rotor parameters is solved.The rotor resistance variation with speed difference is considered,and the finite element analysis involving external circuit and electromagnetic field is provided.A moving air-gap boundary method combining motor motion equation is adopted to simulate the transient process of motor.The performance of a 22kW self-designed solid-rotor motor is analyzed using the proposed model,and the calculation results of back EMF and starting torque are tally well with those from tests,which indicates that the proposed method in this paper is effective and exact,and that it can be used to analyze other kind of solid-rotor motor.
