摘要
在分析了与线路电流垂直和与母线电压平行的串联电压与线路电流关系的基础上,提出了通过调节与线路电流垂直的串联电压来调节线路电流幅值,通过调节与母线电压平行的串联电压来调节线路电流相位的控制策略,从而实现了对线路电流的有效控制,在此基础上提出了一种新型的潮流控制方法,它通过调节可调电感,在三相静止坐标系中实现了线路有功潮流和无功潮流的解耦控制。同时还提出了与该潮流控制方法对应的线路潮流调节装置,该装置提供的串联电压等效于两个可以独立控制的电压分量之和,其中一个分量与母线电压平行,另一个分量与线路电流垂直。该调节装置由变压器、可调电感和电容器等元件构成,这些元件均已成功地应用于高压系统或超高压系统。经过多年的研究,目前已有一些高性能的可调电感成功地应用于电力系统中,这为该潮流控制装置以经济和可靠的方式应用于高压系统或超高压系统提供了条件。本文还提出了线路潮流调节装置中的关键元件的选择原则以及它们与装置的潮流控制能力的关系。
The relationship between the line current and the vertical inserting voltage,vertical to the line current,and the parallel inserting voltage,parallel with the bus voltage,is analyzed.The amplitude and phase angle of the line current can be adjusted by adjusting the vertical inserting voltage and the parallel inserting voltage respectively,on which a novel control strategy about power flow of the line is presented.The active power and reactive power are controlled independently in the static reference frame by using the proposed power flow control strategy.In addition,a device suited for the proposed control strategy is also proposed and the voltage supplied by the proposed device is equivalent to the sum of two controllable voltage components independently,one of which is parallel to the bus voltage and another is vertical to the line current.Furthermore,the proposed device is composed of transformers,adjustable inductors and capacitor.The proposed device can be applied in the power system in reliability and economic greatly.And the paper illustrates how to choose the key components contained in the proposed device and describes the power flow range through the line controlled by the device.
