摘要
以不同n(Al)∶n(SiO2)的Al-SiO2介孔材料为吸附剂处理电解锰废水,并利用中心组合设计法研究电解锰废水中锰离子与铬离子(包括铬(Ⅲ)和铬(Ⅵ))的相互作用对材料吸附性能的影响。实验结果表明:以n(Al)∶n(SiO2)为1∶1的Al-SiO2介孔材料为吸附剂,当吸附剂加入量为21.96 g/L,锰离子质量浓度为48.580mg/L,铬离子质量浓度为13.300 mg/L时,n(Al)∶n(SiO2)为1∶1的Al-SiO2介孔材料对锰、铬离子总饱和吸附量达0.031 0 mg/m2,总吸附率为99.1%。
Electrolytic manganese wastewater was treated using A1-SiO2 mesoporous material with different n (A1) : n ( SiO2 ) as adsorbent. The influence of interaction of manganese ions and chromium ions ( including Cr( Ill ) and Cr( VI ) ) in the wastewater on the adsorption effect was studied by central composite design method. The experimental results show that: Using A1-SiO2 mesoporous material with 1 : 1 of n(A1) : n(SiO2) as adsorbent, when the adsorbent dosage is 21.96 g/L, the mass concentrations of chromium ions and manganese ions are 13. 300 mg/L and 48. 580 mg/L respectively, the total saturated adsorption quantity of chromium ions and manganese ions is 0.031 0 mg/m2, and the total adsorption efficiency is 99.1%.
