摘要
从分析油田污泥特性入手,对目前油田污泥无害化及资源化处理工程实例进行研究。从处理程度、二次污染、工艺成熟度、使用范围与特点及成本利润等方面分别对污泥无害化和资源化处理技术进行综合比较,分析了各种技术的优缺点,为油田清洁生产提供可靠技术保证,同时提出了油田污泥处理的研究方向。
Starting with analysis of oilfield sludge properties, several practical cases of making oilfield sludge harmless and reusable are studied. The treatment technologies are compared with each other in aspects of treatment degree, secondary pollution, technical maturity, use range, characteristics, cost and profit, and so on, and the advantages and disadvantages of these technologies are analyzed. The study results provide a reliable technical support for oilfield cleaner production, and also present the research direction for oilfield sludge treatment.
