负载型催化剂催化氧化处理H酸废水 被引量:2

摘要 采用浸渍法制备了负载型Fe2O3/SiO2催化剂,将其用于催化氧化法处理高浓度H酸模拟废水,考察了催化剂制备条件对催化剂活性和稳定性的影响。实验结果表明,适宜的催化剂制备条件为:硝酸铁溶液浓度1.1 mol/L,焙烧时间6 h,焙烧温度600℃。以H2O2作为氧化剂,采用适宜工艺条件下制备的催化剂催化氧化降解H酸模拟废水,经过1 h的处理,COD去除率和色度去除率可分别达到86.5%和98.6%。铈的适量负载使Fe2O3在载体上分布得更为分散,虽未提高催化剂活性,但有效抑制了铁离子的溶出,提高了催化剂的稳定性。 Supported Fe2OJSiOz catalyst was prepared by impregnation method and was used in the catalytic oxidation treatment of the simulated high-concentration H acid wastewater. The effects of preparation conditions on the activity and stability of the catalyst were studied. The proper preparation conditions are as follows: ferric nitrate concentration 1. 1 tool/L, calcination time 6 h, calcination temperature 600 °C. After the wastewater has been treated by HzOz oxidation with the prepared catalyst for 1 h, the removal rates of COD and chroma are 86. 5% and 98. 6% respectively. The proper loading of cerium can make the Fe203 more dispersive on the carrier. Although the activity of the catalyst is not enhanced, the stability of the catalyst is improved by inhibition of the ferric ion leaching.
