摘要 为了提高射频识别(RFID)阅读器中接收机的动态范围,并实现对贴有标签目标物体的跟踪,在分析传统自动增益控制模块的基础上,设计了一种适用于RFID接收机的大动态范围自动增益调整电路,电路结构简单。基于ADS软件的仿真结果表明:该电路能够根据输入信号的功率水平自动地调整其增益,输入动态范围高达80 dB,自动增益调节范围为0~59 dB。该自动增益调节电路可以应用于超高频RFID阅读器的接收机,使接收机达到很高的动态范围,有利于对复杂电磁、地理环境下的目标物体的跟踪与距离评估。 In order to improve the dynamic range of receivers in UHF RFID readers and keep track of objecs with tags, a novel automatic gain adjust circuit ,featuring large dynamic and simple structure, is designed based on the traditional automatic gain control circuit. The simulation results based on ADS show that the novel circuit can automatically adjust its gain with a input dynamic range up to 80 dB and a gain adjust range of 0-59 riB. The novel automatic gain adjustment circuit can be applied to UHF RFID readers and enable the receiver to achieve a high dynamic range and realize the tracking of objects with tags in complex electromagnetic environment.
