摘要
考虑到城市土地利用与多模式交通系统相互影响、循环反馈的关系,以多模式交通网络均衡为约束,运用双层规划模型将土地利用问题和多模式交通系统相结合,并使用了基于灵敏度分析的求解算法,用于寻求最优的土地利用方案。通过算例分析了决策者在对土地利用不同的重视程度下,相应的均衡状态以及应采取的土地利用方案。
According to the interactions between the urban land-use and multimodal traffic,this paper took multimodal traffic equilibrium assignment as subject,combined the land-use problem with the multimodal traffic system by a bi-level program,and a algorithm based on the sensitive analysis was designed to find the optimal land-use plan.Finally,a numerical example was given to analyse the statements of the multimodal traffic equilibrium assignment and the corresponding land-use plan,which was under the different emphasis in land use by decision-makers.
