项目团队知识学习的全方位激励博弈分析

All-dimensional motivating game analysis on knowledge learning in project team

摘要 在项目团队学习过程中,由于主体利益需求的不同,知识学习通常会受到阻碍,对团队成员进行激励成为提高团队学习效率的重要手段。在传统激励模式下,虽然团队知识学习存在协同效应,但由于个人理性与团队理性之间的冲突,团队学习往往陷入囚徒困境。为使团队达到知识学习的均衡状态,引入全方位激励模式,以博弈论为基本思想,通过对项目团队知识学习激励系统的建立与求解,验证了对个人知识学习行为与团队知识学习行为进行同步激励的有效性,从宏观上打破了传统激励机制下的囚徒困境纳什均衡。通过调整模型参数来把握团队学习的灵敏因素,以达到在实际操作中优化模型的目的。探讨了在全方位激励模式下,从自励、他励与互励3个方面实现有效知识学习的可操作性途径。 In the process of learning,learning behavior is ubiquitous in the project team.Because of the difference in needs among subjects,knowledge learning would be impeded generally.Therefore,how to promote knowledge learning in the project team effectively is vital.In the model of traditional motivation,though the synergistic effect exists in team learning,because of the conflict between individual and team rationality,the learning was always caught in prisoner's dilemma.All-dimensional motivation was introduced to make team be in equilibrium state.Game theory was taken as basic ideas,after the motivating system about knowledge learning in project team was established and solved,the validity of synchronous motivating mechanism of knowledge learning behavior between individual and team was verified.Prisoner's dilemma Nash equilibrium in the model of traditional motivating was broken at macro level.The sensitive elements of team learning would be grasped by adjusting model parameters,in order to optimize the model in actual operation.In the model of all-dimensional motivating,operable approach of effective knowledge learning was achieved in three aspects of the self-motivation,the external-motivation,and the mutual-motivation.
