益阳电厂300MW机组排粉风机节能改造研究

摘要 为了促进常规火力发电企业的可持续发展,降低机组运行的能耗指标,结合益阳电厂2×300 MW机组排粉风机节能改造问题,以排粉风机各参数测试数据为基础,通过对风机选型计算、电机功率匹配分析等方面的研究,提出了以火力发电厂离心式风机节能改造的一种方法,实测数据表明本文所述方法节能效果明显。 In order to promote the sustainable development of conventional thermal power generation companies,the Energy Consumption Index of the unit operation should be reduced.The paper studied the energy saving transformation of Yiyang Power Plant 2 × 300 MW units Exhaust Fan.Based on the testing data of various parameters of Powder Exhaust Fan,and the research on the calculation of fan selection and the motor power matching analysis,a method of energy saving transformation of thermal power plant centrifugal fan was proposed for reference.The measurement data indicates that the method can remarkably save the energy as described in this article.
