摘要
塑化剂风波又一次敲响了食品安全的警钟,台湾、香港和内地政府大力查缴并全面排查塑化剂可能导致的危害,但这一行动还有一个技术问题亟待解决,即非人为添加,由接触材料迁移导致食品中微量含有的塑化剂从含量上如何界定。本文主要对邻苯二甲酸酯的风险评估概况以及国内外食品接触材料中允许使用的邻苯二甲酸酯的具体种类、限量进行对比分析,提出相关建议。
Plasticizer storm sounded the alarm on food safety once again,Taiwan,Hong Kong and the mainland government confiscated and comprehensive investigation the plasticizer harm,but there is a technical problem to be solved that the residues caused by migrating not human adding. This paper focused on risk assessment results of phthalates,also comparative analysis of domestic and foreign＇s specific migration limits（SML） of phthalate plasticizer in food contact materials.
