少数党员干部信仰缺失是党内滋生腐败现象的总根源。只有将信仰建设作为反腐倡廉建设的前提和基础,才能从根本上遏制腐败现象的滋生和蔓延。加强信仰建设必须强化马克思主义信仰教育,认真解决执政党自身建设中存在的问题,警惕和防止市场经济消极因素和负面影响,增强党员干部的政治敏锐性和鉴别力,培养党员的信仰意识。

The loss of beliefs for the minority of Party members becomes the main cause of corruption among party members. Enhancing the construction of beliefs is the precondition and basis of the construction of anti-corruption. The former can prevent the arising and spreading of corruptive phenomena from the source. To establish beliefs, we should emphasize the Marxism belief education, seriously solve the problems existing among the political party in power, keep guard against and prevent negative factors and influences of the market economy, improve the political alertness and detection ability of Party cadres, and cultivate their sense of beliefs.
