硫酸钙晶须填充PTFE复合材料的摩擦学性能研究 被引量:17

摘要 用硫酸钙晶须(CSW)填充改性聚四氟乙烯(PTFE),采用模压成型工艺制备不同硫酸钙晶须含量的PT-FE/CSW复合材料;利用摩擦磨损试验机研究硫酸钙晶须对PTFE/CSW复合材料摩擦学性能的影响,利用扫描电子显微镜对PTFE复合材料的磨损表面进行微观分析。结果表明:填充硫酸钙晶须提高PTFE复合材料的耐磨损性能,但复合材料的摩擦因数略高于纯PTFE;纯PTFE的磨损机制为黏着磨损,而PTFE/CSW复合材料的磨损机制为轻微磨粒磨损和黏着磨损共同作用。当硫酸钙晶须质量分数大于10%时,PTFE/CSW复合材料的磨损机制逐渐转变为严重的磨粒磨损。 Polytetrafluoroethylene( PTFE )composites filled with calcium sulphate whiskers (CSW)were prepared by compression molding. The effects of CSW on the tribological behavior of PTFE composites were investigated on a tribometer. The abraded surfaces of PTFE composites were investigated by scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the addition of CSW obviously improves the wear resistance of the composites, slightly increases friction coefficient. The abrasive wear and adhesive wear are the wear mechanism for the PTFE/CSW composites While the wear mechanism of pure PTFE is adhesive wear. At filler mass fraction above 10% , the wear mechanism of PTFE/CSW composites is severe abrasive wear.
