摘要
综合热网络法和有限元软件Ansys的优势,建立一种航空发动机附件机匣热分析计算方法。用Fortran语言开发基于热网络法的附件机匣内部元件热分析模块,用APDL语言开发基于有限元软件Ansys的壳体热分析模块,2个模块之间存在数据交换和迭代联算。通过对某航空发动机附件机匣进行热分析计算,获得附件机匣的温度场分布、生热量以及润滑油出口温度,说明了该计算方法应用于附件机匣热分析计算的可行性。
A new thermal analysis method of aeroengine accessory gearbox was developed, which possessed both the advantage of thermal net work algorithm and Ansys software. The thermal analysis of the inner components of accessory gearbox adopted thermal network algorithm using Fortran language and the thermal analysis of the chamber adopted Ansys software using APDL language,the data exchange and associated calculation was considered as well. A case study was executed, and the temperature field, the heat generation and the temperature of the outlet lubrication of the accessory gearbox was attained. The simulation example verified the feasibility of the oresented method.
